Develop a generic project change control methodology that would be appropriate for most projects.

Develop a generic project change control methodology that would be appropriate for most projects.Throughout the course, we have discussed the project knowledge areas and project management
processes used in managing a project. A key component of effectively managing a project is
controlling project change; applicable to project integration management (Perform Integrated
Change Control).
For this individual assignment, you will search the academic databases and professional
journals to develop a generic project change control methodology that would be appropriate for
most projects. You can use your team project for reference or as an example.
The methodology or process will include the following elements:
1. Change control procedures – what are the policies and procedures for approving,
validating, and implementing change?
2. Change control plan – a brief outline of how changes will be managed/controlled.
3. Change control meetings and communication – describe how you will conduct change
control meetings and communicate project changes to stakeholders.
4. Change authorization procedures – what are the levels of authority for
reviewing/approving/implementing changes?
5. Change control system(s) – What are the project management information systems
(PMIS) used for tracking and controlling changes (include at least one example of a
template as part of your change control system)

Discuss how extensive are the services and programs that are available to the elderly in your area?

Discuss how extensive are the services and programs that are available to the elderly in your area? This assignment involves doing some extensive research to find out. Start with the agency that coordinates publicly funded aging services in your area – they should be able to provide you with a lot of information and resources. You can use your local library, media, internet services and the brochures and other informational material that agencies distribute as references though . Normally I would ask you to visit at least two agencies and interview at least two service providers but that is not a good idea due to the Covid 19 virus. If you are already familiar with local agencies through your work, nursing school placements or experience with friends and family members in your community you can write about that instead of interviewing or visiting agencies or choose the book review option.

Compile this information and summarize it in a report, describing the overall availability of aging services in your community and neighborhood: the agencies you learned about and the various services they provide in detail and your evaluation of them based on what you have learned during this course. Are the services that elderly people need to maintain a high quality of life available? Are there gaps in available services? If you were an elderly person, would you know what programs were available and how to access them? How likely would you be to use them and why? Discuss your specific ideas for improvement, especially as you consider the changing demographics and roles of elders in our society
Self-Assessment Check List:
Does this report present an accurate, complete and useful list of resources available in your area. This might be your county, town, city or even borough if you live in a large metro area?
Did you identify all of your sources; websites, pamphlets, etc.?
Is most of the information in the report in your own words?
Did you identify any quoted material and cite your sources?
Did you protect the confidentiality of your interviewees by not identifying them unless they are agency officials or agreed to be identified?
Did you visit at least two agencies and talk to at least two people who provide services in different programs?
Did you discuss adequacy and accessibility in depth, ie gaps in service, how well publicized services are and your ideas for improvement? Your original analysis is important.
This is to be an integrative, comprehensive report, tying together information from various readings and your original research. Proper citations of references, including brochures and websites are expected. If you run out of time and can not submit a report that does not completely reflect these guidelines your report may earn you a passing grade but the guidelines identify what I see as a quality report.: Since this assignment will be based on primary research in your community rather than on library research , the first and third item are not very relevant but you might benefit from some assistance from the Writing Resource Center, especially if you are uncertain about how to incorporate information from the web sites or written material provided by the agencies
