Identify a quality improvement opportunity in your organization or practice. In a  paper, describe the problem or issue and propose a quality improvement initiative based on evidence-based practice. Apply “The Road to Evidence-Based Practice” process, illustrated in Chapter 4 of your textbook, to create your proposal.

Include the following:

1. Provide an overview of the problem and the setting in which the problem or issue occurs.
2. Explain why a quality improvement initiative is needed in this area and the expected outcome.
3. Discuss how the results of previous research demonstrate support for the quality improvement initiative and its projected outcomes. Include a minimum of three peer-reviewed sources published within the last 5 years, not included in the course materials or textbook, that establish evidence in support of the quality improvement proposed.
4. Discuss steps necessary to implement the quality improvement initiative. Provide evidence and rationale to support your answer.
5. Explain how the quality improvement initiative will be evaluated to determine whether there was improvement.
6. Support your explanation by identifying the variables, hypothesis test, and statistical test that you would need to prove that the quality improvement initiative succeeded.

What does it mean to be competent as a counselor who works with sexuality-related issues? Which clinical issues require specialized training for counselors to be equipped to treat effectively? To address these questions, the AASECT established two levels of credentialing options relevant to mental health professionals who work with clients facing sexuality-related issues: sexuality counseling and sex therapy.

To prepare for this week’s Assignment, consider the implications of the two levels for conducting competent counseling practice addressing sexuality-related issues. Focus on the AASECT’s guidelines on credentialing to inform your response.

The Assignment (2- to 3-page paper):

· Explain three differences between sexuality counseling and sex therapy credentials that you identified in the AASECT guidelines.

· Explain the need for two different levels of sexuality-related counseling.

· Explain why the credentialing requirements for sex therapists make them more qualified to provide intensive therapy.

Write a brief paper  explaining what the humanities are.What questions does it ask? What disciplines and fields does it include? How will studying the humanities help you decide what you want to do with your life and how to do it?

Using a Web search tool, learn more about the FRCP. What likely effect will its emphasis on electronically stored information (ESI) have on an organization’s need for a digital forensic capability?

Compare and contrast the English system and the metric system of linear measure. What is the origin of each? Are there advantages or disadvantages to either system? If you had a choice, which system would you teach your class as a primary system of measurement?

Explain the difference between interior and exterior angles of a polygon. Identify two theorems related to angles of a polygon and give an example of an application of each.

After reading chapters 5 and 6 and Special Topic 5, write a 2-page paper describing the importance of competition in markets. How does a lack of competition affect prices and output? Describe what the role of government is in markets vis-a-vis firms in the market

Describe how different countries around the world have chosen to regulate the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. In your answer, you should give examples of how different religious and political views have shaped this.

Discuss causes of USA entry in WWI Against the Germans.

5. According to recent surveys, China, India, and the Philippines are the three most popular countries for IT outsourcing. Write a short paper explaining what the appeal would be for US companies to outsource IT functions to these countries. You may discuss cost, labor pool, language, or possibly government support as your reasons. There are many other reasons you may choose to highlight in your paper.

6. Go online and search for information about companies that have been harmed or bankrupted by a disaster. Choose one such company and create a brief case study about it. Successful narratives will focus on the manner in which the organization was impacted, including financial losses, losses of sales, or the need for layoffs.

8. Some organizations prohibit workers from bringing certain kinds of devices into the workplace, such as cameras, cell phones, and USB drives. Some businesses require employees to use clear or see-through backpacks when carrying personal items. What other devices might not be allowed in certain facilities, and why would they be restricted? The video on Google’s Data Center may give you some ideas to write about for this assignment.

9. For this assignment, you are asked to locate any company privacy policy. Some of the more popular ones might include GOOGLE, APPLE, or MICROSOFT, but you may elect to review another agency. In a paper explain what you find to be the most interesting information contained in that privacy policy. At the end of your report, please include a LINK to the policy you have reviewed.

10. Some common biometric techniques include:

Fingerprint recognition, Signature dynamics, Iris scanning, Retina scanning, Voice prints, Face recognition

Select one of these biometric techniques and explain the benefits and the vulnerabilities associated with that method in 3-4 paragraphs.

11. In this module, you learned that random numbers (or, at least, pseudorandom numbers) are essential in cryptography, but it is extremely difficult even for powerful hardware and software to generate them. Go online and conduct research on random number generators. What are the different uses of these tools besides cryptography? How do they work?

14. If you could, what would you do to help create a national “security culture,” in which everyone is more knowledgeable and proactive about threats to information security?

13. Law enforcement professionals and investigators use digital forensic methods to solve crimes every day. Locate one current news article that explains how investigators may have used these techniques to solve a crime. Explain the crime that was solved and the methods used to determine how the crime was committed. Some examples of crimes solved may include locating missing children, finding criminals who have fled the scene of a crime, or unsolved crimes from the past that have been solved due to the use of new techniques (such as DNA testing).

Discuss the differences and similarities between the presidential and parliamentary systems, including the executive and legislative branches. Which system do you feel serves its citizen better? Why? Use evidence (cite sources) to support your response from assigned readings or online lessons, and at least one outside scholarly source.
