This week (March 9-13) our class is exploring the causes behind the collapse and end of the Qing Dynasty. Our focus is also on the failed development of a constitutional republic by the leaders of the Xinhai Revolution (1911) that overthrew the Qing and how the Yuan Shikai’s short reign gave way to a period of fragmentation, division, and warlordism. A female patient who diagnose with last stage of breast Cancer. Patient wasn’t feeling well and find out she has breast cancer at last stage and already metastasized and there was no hope. Family requested for patient not be aware of the situation. Here comes the ethical dilemma as nurse between the patient and the family.
The patient End up passed away.
Patient is early 30 year female no history of breast cancer in the family therefore there she has not done any mammogram in her life she never has no symptoms or anything that would give her a sign.
