Conduct research and evaluate in depth a particular biological, chemical, or explosive WMD incident in the United States and evaluate the tactical effectiveness of both the attacker and defender. Describe this incident and evaluate the danger. In addition, the student will determine how well the Incident Command System (ICS) was applied to that particular incident in order to determine if the response to the incident was effective. Also discuss if the current government programs effectively address that WMD danger. Finally, address ways in which the government could improve in addressing the threat.
