You have been appointed as the regional manager overseeing a group of seven countries.
Each of the seven subsidiaries has a country manager who reports to you. Two of these
subsidiaries (also known as affiliates) are Germany and South Korea.

people of these two countries and why; and
2. What initiatives might you need to take to enhance your ability to lead the people
