Find attached ” Thesis Method. ” that should be followed.  The thesis should be supported by hard data from interventions (foreign/local aid) on specific disasters and analyzed in order to provide the most credible recommendations for future disaster interventions. It would also be interesting if analysis is made on data from man made compared to natural disasters.  In the recommendations it would be beneficial to provide best practices that might be adapted to current distaters such as the Beirut explosion and “predictions” of what might happen considering previous disasters and the current interventions done.
