Essay 3.4  –Essay –Interviews- Interview two teachers and one administrator. Ask them each the same ten questions that you develop. These questions should address common concerns in education, what a highly qualified educator looks like, finances for their schools and districts, etc.  Then write a response paper comparing and contrasting their answers and comparing and contrasting their answers.
