Reflection and utilizing feedback are effective methods of enhancing your presentation skills. Write a paragraph of self-reflection analyzing how you feel you did in this Capstone course. Consider the following elements, among others, in your reflection: Integration of concepts learned throughout the program, research, and the overall quality of your writing.

Reflect on the entire Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice program that you are about to complete. Write a paragraph discussing how you have grown as a student and a future criminal justice professional. In your reflection on the program as a whole, consider the following questions:

• 1. What could you have done better looking back on your time as a student?

is a three-page, double-spaced document. The following is a guide for your brief, individual case analysis:

Issue/Problem Identification

• What are the central facts of the case

• What are the major overriding issues in this case

• What sub-issues or related issues are present in the case that merit consideration,

discussion, or action

Stakeholder Analysis and Management Evaluation

• Who are the stakeholders in this case and what are their stakes

• Evaluate the central management decisions and their effectiveness

Recommendations and Implementation

• What management recommendations would you make in this case

• Provide alternatives – now, short-term, long-term

• Identify and discuss any important implementation considerations

Write a paper  describing and discussing the following ethical concepts found in chapter 1; logical, factual and normative. You may use definitions or scenarios in your writing. The goal of this paper is to gain a level of understanding of all three (logical, factual and normative)

In today’s diverse workplaces, you will be working with cultural differences; developing cultural competence and sensitivity is imperative. Your task is to research cultural differences and strategies for effective business communication with this country’s culture. Consider both verbal and non-verbal communication. Focus particularly on the different dimensions raised by Edward Hall and Geert Hofstede and discussed in your text: High Context vs. Low Context; Individualism vs. Collectivism; Power Distance; Uncertainty Avoidance; and Time Orientation.

HR-specific challenges that a multinational might face when conducting business in this country? The HR challenges should be very specific to the country, and NOT general HR global issues. At least 2 challenges should be debated and well developed, if not more.

1.Describe one internal and one external method for the dissemination of your evidence-based change proposal. For example, an internal method may be the hospital board, and an external method may be a professional nursing organization. Discuss why it is important to report your change proposal to both of these groups. How will your communication strategies change for each group?

2.In order to evaluate an evidence-based practice project, it is important to be able to determine the effectiveness of your change. Discuss one way you will be able to evaluate whether your project made a difference in practice.

Review your strategic plan to implement the change proposal, the objectives, the outcomes, and listed resources. Develop a process to evaluate the intervention if it were implemented. Write a  summary of the evaluation plan that will be used to evaluate your intervention. The assignment will be used to develop a written implementation plan.
