You do not have to show all 8 but you do have to evaluate literature. Utilization of Change or Nursing Theory This means you must discuss how theory supports your research proposal. Theory utilization content is present, compete, and incorporates additional relevant details and critical thinking to engage the reader. Implementation Plan and Outcome Measures You must show how you plan to implement this project and what outcomes you expect to get and why. Use of Evidence-Based Practice in Intervention Plan This is where you summarize and apply EBP to substantiate the decisions you made while developing your implementation plan. What EBP did you find that you are applying to your practice change? Plan for Evaluating Proposed Nursing Intervention This is where you discuss your measuring tools. Rationales are evident.
