Choose two or three of such challenges that you feel are important and relevant to today’s organisations. Discuss these challenges and what managers and human resource (HR) practitioners need to do in order to deal with them.

Managing change is a central issue in contemporary organizations which seem to be moving at the speed of light. Individuals, managers and organizations all need to be educated about the fundamentals of change management, the urgency of response, the process and the problems.Right now substantial changes have occurred in our daily lives which are also affecting every type of organization.
