Post a brief explanation of how you might implement your public health campaign.

Effective implementation of a public health campaign includes strategic marketing methods, appropriate timing, and monitoring (Resnick & Siegel, 2013). Review your communication plan and consider ways you plan to implement your campaign and how the timing is critical to its success.
It is not uncommon to experience some barriers in the implementation of a public health campaign. For example, funding sources might be delayed, stakeholders in communities may decide to withdraw their participation, or technology may temporarily collapse. Consider possible barriers or challenges you might face in the implementation of your public health campaign and how you might address those barriers.

Post a brief explanation of how you might implement your public health campaign. Then explain two potential barriers which might impact the implementation process and one way you might address one barrier. Be specific and use examples to illustrate your points.

After describing the negotiation experience, discuss what you learned from the negotiation, as well as how you would approach the negotiation differently if you were to repeat the negotiation today.

This paper will describe your negotiation experience prior to taking this course. Some of us negotiate more than others, but we’ve all had some experience with negotiation.

To complete this paper, recall the most important matter you have ever negotiated (this could be the purchase of a car, a discussion about a starting salary, a significant agreement that you entered with a family member) as the basis of your paper.

Using the most important matter you have ever negotiated as your example, describe the negotiation. Include information like the parties involved, the subject matter, the date, the interests at stake, your position, what you might gain or lose, how the negotiation occurred, the length of the negotiation, and the outcome of the negotiation.

After describing the negotiation experience, discuss what you learned from the negotiation, as well as how you would approach the negotiation differently if you were to repeat the negotiation today.

If you’ve had more than one important matter that you’ve negotiated, and you’d like to discuss another negotiation that you’ve entered, feel free to include a second example of your negotiation experience in the paper.

Given your prior experience with negotiation, explain why you are taking this course. What do you think you could learn from a course in negotiation? Are there any specific deficits that you’d like to address while taking the course?

Describe how the Healthcare Clinical Informatics (HCI) program has prepared you to pursue your career aspirations.

Overview
In this module, you will build the framework for your capstone ePortfolio and create a reflection based upon your career aspirations. Throughout each module in this course, you will be working to build different components of your capstone project that reflect how you met the program outcomes.

ePortfolio
The ePortfolio is the web tool you will use to display your capstone. You created an eProtfolio during your orientation course using Weebly. If you have lost access or need to reestablish the ePortfolio please reference the orientation course. After you have established your ePortfolio you will need to build sections of your capstone that reflect each program outcome. Under each tab for the program outcomes you will place your artifacts with the corresponding reflection that supports how the artifact met the program outcome. To assist you with configuring your ePortfolio and writing your reflections, see the attached ePortfolio guide. You may apply creative license to your ePortfolio but keep in mind this is a professional representation of the skills and knowledge you have acquired and how those meet the program outcomes.
Your deliverable for this module will be to create individual tabs for the program learning outcomes listed above in your ePortfolio. You will submit the link to your ePortfolio to your instructor by copying the URL address, clicking on the title above and then clicking on “Write Submission.” Then paste your URL address into the text box.

Reflection
For this module, you will reflect on your career aspirations and describe how this program has prepared you to meet your career goals. Your reflection should be 2-3 paragraphs in length. In this reflective posting include the following:

1. Describe how the Healthcare Clinical Informatics (HCI) program has prepared you to pursue your career aspirations.
2. Indicate the next career step for yourself after graduation. This may be a promotion at your current job or a career aspiration with a new role.

Explain the overall goals of each of the strategies that you selected, generally speaking

Begin by selecting two functional strategies from the list below:

Marketing Strategy
Financial Strategy
Research and Development (R&D) Strategy
Operations Strategy
Purchasing Strategy
Logistics Strategy
Human Resource Management (HRM) Strategy
Information Technology Strategy

Explain the overall goals of each of the strategies that you selected, generally speaking. Then, expand on your choices by describing how each functional strategy may work together to potentially achieve economies of scope. Further develop your response by describing how the functional strategies that you selected operate in a hypothetical “best” corporation scenario. Alternatively, you may research an actual corporation to further develop your response on your chosen functional strategies.
